Procedures for cuban residents abroad and foreigners

Extension of the permanence in the national territory for Cuban residents abroad (RE) and emigrants.

  • Current valid passport.

Permanent residence in the national territory for emigrants

  • Current passport
  • Stamps of the stamp for the value of 100.00 CUC.

Registration of stay

Cuban citizenship recognition

  • Valid passport.
  • Entry visa to Cuba.
  • Birth certificate issued by the Special Registry of Acts and Facts of Cubans abroad.
  • Notarial deed of consent of both parents or legal representative for those under 18 years of age or mentally handicapped.
  • Notarial deed of the reference person in Cuba who undertakes to guarantee their accommodation and maintenance, until the interested party can have their own housing and income.

Permanent residence in Cuba for foreigners

  • Application form duly completed, without erasures or erasures (biographical data).
  • 1 passport type photo.
  • Marriage certification according to Cuban law.
  • Birth certificate of Cuban children or foreigners permanent residents in Cuba.

  • Certification of service time provided by the Ministry of the Interior

Requirements for residents in another province to apply for domicilation in havana permanently, as well as residents in Havana who intend to move their residence for the municipalities Cerro, Ten October, Havana, Old and Central Havana.

Birth

In maternal hospitals: Newborns who are enrolled in the Registry of Civil Status before the mother leaves the hospital may receive the Minor Card at the hospital itself.

Discharge from prison establishment

  • Document issued by the penitentiary center certifying discharge.

Address change

Permanent

  • Legal document that certifies the ownership or occupational right of the home.
