Procedures for cuban residents abroad and foreigners

Extension of the permanence in the national territory for Cuban residents abroad (RE) and emigrants.

• Current valid passport.
• Health insurance.

Permanent residence in the national territory for emigrants

• Current passport
• Stamps of the stamp for the value of 100.00 CUC.
• Notarial deed of the reference person in Cuba who undertakes to guarantee their accommodation and maintenance, until the interested party can have their own housing and income.

Extension of stay in the national territory for foreigners

• Valid passport.
• Health insurance.

Change of Immigration Classification (CCM)

• Valid passport.
• Health insurance.
• Stamps of the doorbell for a value of 40.00 CUC.

Registration of stay

• Valid passport.
• Health insurance.
• Stamps of the doorbell for a value of 5.00 CUC.

Cuban citizenship recognition

• Valid passport.
• Entry visa to Cuba.
• Birth certificate issued by the Special Registry of Acts and Facts of Cubans abroad.
• Notarial deed of consent of both parents or legal representative for those under 18 years of age or mentally handicapped.
• Notarial deed of the reference person in Cuba who undertakes to guarantee their accommodation and maintenance, until the interested party can have their own housing and income.

Permanent residence in Cuba for foreigners

• Application form duly completed, without erasures or erasures (biographical data).
• 1 passport type photo.
• Marriage certification according to Cuban law.
• Birth certificate of Cuban children or foreigners permanent residents in Cuba.
• Certification of radiological, serological and HIV tests. If they were carried out abroad, they must be duly legalized by the Cuban consular offices abroad and translated, these requirements will not be required of minors under 18 years of age.

Certification of entries and exits from Cuba

• Identification data of the person object of the request.

Certification of the registration of foreigners

• Identification data of the person object of the request.
• Stamps of the stamp for the value of 20.00 CUP, to collect certification.
• Certification of service time provided by the Ministry of the Interior
• Identification data of the person object of the request.

Requirements for residents in another province to apply for domicilation in havana permanently, as well as residents in Havana who intend to move their residence for the municipalities Cerro, Ten October, Havana, Old and Central Havana.

• Legal document that certifies the ownership or occupational right of the home.
• Resolution of permanent residence issued by the Municipal Directorate of Housing (parents, children, siblings, grandchildren, grandparents and spouses of the property owner are excepted).
• Stamps worth 25.00 CUP.
• The same requirements and the amount of the procedure worth 5.00 CUP are met for the changes of address of minors.

Requirements for requests to make passports or renewal for loss, damage, expiration or depletion of its pages.

• • Notarial deed of consent of both parents or legal guardian, for children under 18 years or mentally disabled.
• Stamps of the stamp for the value of 100.00 CUC.

Passport update (only for people under 18 years of age)

Passport extension

• Identification document.
• Notarized deed of consent gives both parents or legal representative for those under 18 or mentally disabled.

Requirements for Requests of Identity Documents

Birth

In maternal hospitals: Newborns who are enrolled in the Registry of Civil Status before the mother leaves the hospital may receive the Minor Card at the hospital itself.

• Birth certificate of the minor.

Loss or deterioration of the Minor Card

Correction of error or legal change

• Birth certificate of the minor with the explanatory note in observations, on the change made.

Arrival at the age of 16 (identity card)

• Minor card.

• Stamp stamps for a value of 25.00 CUP.

Deterioration

• Document subject to change.

• Stamp stamps for a value of 25.00 CUP.

Lost

• Stamp stamps for a value of 25.00 CUP.

Correction of error or legal change

• Birth Certificate, with the explanatory note in observations, on the change made.

FAR licensing

• Licensing document, issued by the FAR.

• Stamp stamps for a value of 25.00 CUP.

Discharge from prison establishment

• Document issued by the penitentiary center certifying discharge.

• Stamp stamps for a value of 25.00 CUP.

Address change

Permanent

• Legal document that certifies the ownership or occupational right of the home.
• Physical presence of the owners of the property, if there are several, and no one can attend, will present the written consent of the other party, assuming civil responsibility for carrying out the procedure.

Transients

• Legal document that certifies the ownership or occupational right of the home.
